How Much It Costs to Apply

A $55 application fee is required for each application you file. This fee is not refundable and not transferable to another term. If you apply online, you can pay your application fee by credit or debit card during the application process. If you are unable to pay by credit or debit card, you can send a check or money order to the campus.

If you file using the paper application, be sure to include a check or money order with your application.

Application Fee Waivers

In case of extreme financial hardship, CSU campuses allow a limited number of application fee waivers for residents of California. If you are filing your application online, then the fee waiver process is included at the end of the application. Only California residents are eligible to apply for a fee waiver.

Alert: If you do not qualify for an application fee waiver and the CSU campus does not receive your application fee, your application will not be processed.
