Early Assessment Program (EAP)

The Early Assessment program administered by the CSU can help determine if you are ready to take college level Math and English courses at the CSU at the end of your 11th grade. Being prepared to take college level math and English courses is important because it will help you be successful in college. Students who are not prepared for college level English and mathematics courses when they enter the CSU often have to take extra classes that do not meet college graduation requirements, thus wasting time and money. If you find that you are not prepared for college level English and mathematics courses at the end of your junior year, you still have time to brush up your skills in the 12th grade. For more information about the EAP go to new windowwww.calstate.edu/eap.
